What’s the one thing you have come to appreciate most in the past year? How do you express gratitude for it? (Author: Victoria Klein)

I don’t know if this is a cop out…but the one only word I feel I could pick to describe what I have been more appreciative of in the past year is everything.  My family, my health, my friends, having a job, being alive, feeling divine, free time,  facing fears, embracing ideas, streaming tears, dancing, laughing, spinning, skipping, skinny dipping… In short, being ALIVE and the amazing things that are possible by being blessed with a body.

I express my gratitude with pause and awe, with breath, and with great big belly laughs.
